Shouldn't Happen ,,, Cold Weather Blues

The next two days are supposed to be sub freezing here. Extreme heat is just another day, but let it get cold and we all freak out. A lot of Texans (including me) are just road hazards when ice is on the road. Add to that, people are calling around to inform us that pipes will freeze leaving us with no water. I suspect that Mother Nature is snickering somewhere. It is a good day for hot chocolate and something to read when work allows. Salute to those of you who have to deal with this on a regular basis. No idea how you do it!

Maybe it is time to decide who Haldir should be paired with, and write a follow up to Bling. It will be a much more pleasant thing to ponder than the cold. Two strong minded individuals I think. Maybe a plot bunny from LoM will give some ideas. :)
