Snake!!!

A neighbor was bitten by a rattlesnake today! He was allowed to leave the hospital a few hours after being treated. The doctors think that only one fang penetrated the skin and ejected poison. That coincides with a vet saying that he has seen nine dogs with rattle snake bites this week! I love sandals and flip flops, but I'm going to buy boots. My two dogs have had rattle snake shots, but the puppy has only had the first of two boosters. There will be no more wondering through the tall grass looking at flowers for a while!
