Say What???

I was just asked whether the Personhood law in Virginia outlaws birth control pills. WHAT??? Obviously, I haven't been paying attention. I haven't googled this, but sure will this evening. Has this happened, is a group just trying to make it happen, or what? Geez! Say it isn't so!
